**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**THE POSITION INCLUDES FOLLOWING ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Contractor Relationship Management**
- Advise and Promote appropriate Products and Solutions
- Inform Leads and Customers of current Promotions and Discounts
- Organize Applicator Meets and Training Program
- Build Contractor Loyalty through ICC

**Dealer Management**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target in territory
- Successful execution of Trade Schemes
- Identify and Develop Business with important Dealers

**Lead Management**
- Facilitate Cold and Warm calls to Prospective Leads
- Schedule and follow through on calls with Leads and Current Customers
- Meet and engage leads and customers through site visits
- Answer all Lead and Customer questions accurately
- Prioritize and/or escalate Lead and Customer questions as needed

**Internal Reporting**
- Track and Report all Appointments, Sales, Complaints, Status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Profiles can be from Paint Industry, Ply Industry, Building Material Industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhilwara, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
