**Co-ordinator - Gujarat**

**Job Brief**

Successfully manage coordination between the Plants/Locations in Gujarat and HO while

Mithapur DWPC as per budgeted deliverables of Waste Volume handled, Top-line and Bottomline.

Ensure proper reporting from Gujarat and timely availability periodic review formats.

Develop a tally-based accounting system for Gujarat operations and ensure GST compliances in coordination with HO Finance Team.

Visit the Gujarat locations periodically to review compliances related to documentation and be the face of Sampurnearth to all the Stake holders.
- Ensure collection of daily attendance details of all Locations/Plants.
- Ensure on time gathering and reporting of daily production details.
- Ensure Social Support Programme (SSP) details are maintained in coordination with the

SSP coordinator.
- Help the Regional Manager in conducting periodic performance reviews and Training programmes.
- Establish a Tally based GST compliant accounting system for Gujarat
- Monitor CCTV and Biometrics and ensure that they are functional
- Monitor validity of all Plant and worker related Insurance through a comprehensive excel based data base
- Ensure periodic reporting to Customers/Stakeholders of all Locations/Plants.
- Support in obtaining quotations etc. in relation to Gujarat purchases.
- Gather and store data related to various events/programmes held
- Ensure support to any other activities/initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS office tools - Word, Excel and Power Point and Net savvy
- Experience of working with Tally GST version for at least a year, if not two.
- Fluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi (Read, write and Speak)
- Ability to adhere to timelines - for self and others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate multiple stake holders and lead by example
- Transparency in work, Positive attitude and a Self-starter.
- Graduates with certificates in other proficiencies
- Aptitude to learn and get involved in diverse roles.
