As an IT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between our IT, Sales, Design, and Admin teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with IT Team: - Act as the primary point of contact between the IT team and other departments. - Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects. - Ensure that IT solutions align with the needs of other teams.

Coordination with Sales Team: - Work closely with the Sales team to understand their technical needs and ensure IT support is provided. - Facilitate the integration of IT tools to enhance sales processes.

Coordination with Design Team: - Collaborate with the Design team to ensure technical requirements are met for design projects. - Assist in resolving any IT-related issues that may impact design work.

Coordination with Admin: - Support the Admin team with IT-related tasks, such as system management and troubleshooting. - Ensure that all administrative systems are functioning smoothly.

Project Management: - Oversee and manage IT-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant teams.

Communication: - Facilitate effective communication between all teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during cross-departmental collaboration.

Documentation: - Maintain detailed records of IT processes, projects, and communication with other teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role. Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
