**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce client to understand their data requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect raw data from various sources, including e-commerce platforms, websites, databases, and external feeds.
- Clean, organize, and structure data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for analysis.
- Input data into appropriate templates, spreadsheets, or databases while adhering to predefined formats.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data sets, addressing any inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare data reports, summaries, and presentations for client review and analysis.
- Perform routine data checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or data integrity issues.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring sensitive information is handled securely.
- Assist in generating periodic and ad-hoc data-driven insights for the client's e-commerce operations.
- Continuously communicate with the e-commerce client to address data-related inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with data analysts and managers to ensure data quality and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in a BPO environment, preferably involving data preparation for e-commerce clients.
- Proficiency in data entry, data cleaning, and data manipulation tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and maintain data sets.
- Familiarity with data entry tools, spreadsheet software, and data formatting techniques.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, products, and customer data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Discretion and adherence to data confidentiality and security protocols.
