We serve over 1,000 investment firms, offering clients 24/7 coverage through our team of 1,300+ employees located across nine offices. **Job Description** Responsibilities**: - Support for key meetings or events: - Coordinating material for weekly engagement meetings - Organising vertical wide all-hands sessions and ad hoc events - Project management - Monitoring and prioritising various team initiatives and projects, holding senior team members accountable for deadlines - Acting as the liaison on cross departmental projects, working with stakeholders across the business - Managing projects with a focus on process improvement and employee engagement and experience - Operations: - Managing distribution lists and Slack channels - Providing operational support with new products or services in development - Reporting: - Creating reports for internal senior leadership team meetings, working with inputs from across HR, Finance and Tech teams - Content creation - Creating visual client one pagers and pitch documents - Coordinating materials for key meetings and all-hands sessions - Developing training content - Drafting communications **Qualifications** **Requirements**: - Organised, detail-oriented and proactive - Able to multitask and prioritise different projects at one time - Good communication skills, including strong written and verbal English skills - A flexible and adaptable personality combined with a resourceful and positive attitude is essential - Experience of creating visual presentations and assets - Experience in a fast paced working environment with sense of urgency and responsiveness - Project work experience **Additional Information** What can you expect: - ** Competitive Compensation**: Enjoy a competitive salary reflective of your skills and experience. - ** Time Off**: Benefit from 18 days of paid time off (PTO), 8 fixed holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 8 casual leaves.
