**About Zanskar**

Zanskar is a leading fintech firm specializing in **algorithmic trading** and **high-frequency trading systems**. We are expanding our stockbroking operations and are looking for a **Compliance and Operations Specialist** to ensure seamless operations and regulatory compliance.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Management**
- **Ensure Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor stockbroking operations to ensure adherence to **SEBI** and other regulatory standards.
- **Develop Policies**: Implement internal policies and compliance frameworks.
- **Audit & Review**: Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address issues.

**Operations Oversight**
- **Account Opening**: Manage the account opening process, ensuring KYC and AML compliance.
- **RMS & Settlement**: Oversee the Risk Management System (RMS) and settlement operations to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline stockbroking processes for greater operational effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in stockbroking compliance and operations.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **SEBI** regulations and compliance processes.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month
