**We are seeking a talented Compliance Executive to join our team at A.G. Shares and Securities Limited in Agra Location.**

**Job Title**: Compliance Executive
**Location**: Agra, India
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to stock exchanges and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling audits, inspections, and regulatory queries.
- Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting to exchanges on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Stay updated on amendments in compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth compliance operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in compliance within a stock broking firm (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
- **Knowledge of**: SEBI regulations, exchange compliance requirements, and stock market operations.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- **Proficiency in**: MS Office (Excel, Word), regulatory reporting tools.
