**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and analytical **Stock Market Operator** with a strong interest in equity and options trading. If you have a working knowledge of the stock market, enjoy analyzing charts, and are eager to grow in the field of derivatives and options trading, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades in **equity and options segments** on NSE/BSE
- Analyze market trends, option chains, open interest, and volatility
- Monitor and manage intraday and positional trades using risk strategies
- Use tools like TradingView, Zerodha, or Upstox to plan and execute trades
- Prepare daily trade reports, P&L statements, and risk assessments
- Work closely with the trading team to implement trading strategies
- Stay updated with market news, economic data, and relevant global events

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good understanding of **Equity & Options trading**:

- Familiarity with option greeks, OI analysis, IV, and hedging strategies
- Proficiency in using platforms like **Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One**, etc.
- Fast decision-making and real-time trade execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or similar
- **NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives)** certification is a plus
- Strong interest in learning and growing in the capital market domain
