**Job Title**: Stock Trader
**Location**: Lucknow

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades in **equity and derivatives markets** on behalf of clients and the company.
- Monitor market trends, news, and economic data to make real-time trading decisions.
- Ensure all trading activities are compliant with **SEBI and exchange regulations**.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients to understand their trading goals and risk tolerance.
- Provide timely updates to clients on market movements and trading opportunities.
- Work closely with the research and advisory team for informed trading calls.
- Maintain accurate records of trading activities and reports.
- Utilize technical and fundamental analysis to identify short-term and long-term trading opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification - MANDATORY**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in stock and derivative trading (min. 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with trading tools like ODIN, NSE NOW, or other platforms
