**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for our IT products and services including:

- Hospital & Pathology Software
- ERP, POS & CRM Systems
- Website & App Development
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- E-commerce & Real Estate Solutions
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements and deliver presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, support, and upselling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, support) to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT sales or software marketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of IT products and digital marketing trends is a must.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in selling B2B IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Ability to work independently and handle client objections confidently.
- Knowledge of regional markets (especially Uttar Pradesh) is a plus.
