**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote NowGray IT Services and its products.
- Generate leads and follow up on them to convert into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Lucknow.
