As a Talent Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across the **US market**, helping us continuously raise the performance bar. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and drive strategic hiring solutions that ensure we attract and hire the best talent.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle**, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- **Partner with hiring managers** to deeply understand their needs and deliver **tailored hiring solutions**.
- **Source and engage top talent** through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
- **Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data**, ensuring the best talent is brought into the business.
- **Champion diversity and skills-based hiring**, ensuring an inclusive and innovative recruitment process.
- **Stay ahead of industry trends**, leveraging automation and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience recruiting across Sales and commercial roles** at all levels.
- **Strong experience hiring in the US**, with the ability to support US time zones.
- **Customer-obsessed mindset**, ensuring a first-class hiring experience.
- **Exceptional stakeholder management skills**, influencing senior leaders with confidence.
- **Data-driven recruiter**, using insights to shape hiring strategies and decisions.

This role can be performed remotely; however, if you are located near an office, we encourage you to spend time collaborating with the team and hiring managers in person.
