**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Dealer Development Manager in day-to-day operations and development activities.
- Identify and build a minimum of **5 qualified dealer prospects per day**.
- Maintain and update the CRM with prospect data and interaction history.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers and ensure smooth documentation and communication flow.
- Handle inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve dealer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of VOC Automotive’s products, services, and market dynamics.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer relations, sales, or dealer development preferred (automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Freshers with the right attitude and passion to learn are also encouraged to apply.
