**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:Academic Mentor

**No: of Vacancies: 3** Nos

**Location**:Kerala

**Experience**:0-2 Years

**Nature of Job**:Part time/Fulltime

**Probation Period**:3 Months

**Responsibilities**:

- Take Aptitude classes (Quantitative or Verbal) for the competitive exams like CAT/GMAT/GRE etc.
- To ensure superlative results through superior academic delivery in the classroom.
- Responsible for value addition to students.
- Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment.
- Keep himself updated on pedagogy and content by interacting with fellow teachers and utilizing trainings and seminars.
- Handling counseling of the walk-ins for knowledge products, whenever required.
- Support the content preparation team for various programs.
- Course scheduling for various batches / session planning.

Education
- B.Tech/Any Graduation - with an aggregate of 70%. (Maximum two backlogs allowed).

**Skills Required**:

- Profound knowledge of all topics in mathematics/ English.
- Willing to take classes in multiple locations.
- Pleasant personality and should be patient.
- Excellent Presentations skills, communication skills, knowledge in the Subject and Exam patterns, organizing skills, Team management skills
- Imparting knowledge to the students in such a way that they gain maximum from it and striving for self-growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹300.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
