Rein Games is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphics Designer to elevate the visual identity of our games and brand across diverse platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the visual elements of our flagship products, creating captivating social media content, designing eye-catching graphics, and producing engaging video animations. Your expertise in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs will be crucial to our success and the resonance of our gaming community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Game Graphics Design**: Develop innovative UX/UI designs for our games and support with static digital collaterals, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Design and produce striking posts, images, and animations tailored for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Video Production**: Create dynamic video content, including trailers, promotional videos, and gameplay footage, utilizing Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools to captivate and inform our audience.
- **Marketing Materials Design**: Craft visually appealing marketing assets, such as banners, posters, flyers, and advertisements, for both online and offline campaigns.
- **Conceptual Collaboration**: Partner with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all designs and content, adhering to brand guidelines.
- **Adaptation for Platforms**: Design graphics and assets optimized for various platforms and devices, including mobile, to ensure seamless user experiences.
- **Multimedia Editing**: Edit and enhance audio-visual content, integrating sound effects and music into videos to create a polished final product.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and new techniques to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our visual content.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a preference for background in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design and video production skills.
- Excellent conceptual and visual design abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality designs with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of gaming trends and culture is advantageous.
- Adaptability to evolving design technologies and tools.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,701.14 per month
