**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create innovative and visually appealing designs for print and digital media.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on client briefs and project specifications.
- Create logos, illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements to enhance visual communication.
- Select colors, images, typography, and other design elements to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit designs.
- Ensure designs are optimized for printing or digital display and meet quality standards.
- Review final designs and make revisions or adjustments as needed based on feedback from clients or team members.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and stay competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
- Motion graphics: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
