Job Description
Position Purpose
The Regional Vendor Network Coordinator - Europe & Central Asia will be responsible for managing our regional vendor network in Europe & Central Asia to ensure that we have the right
vendors in place to provide our clients with the best possible service at the best price. The position will work closely with our quoting and operations teams to identify new vendors,
negotiate rates and tariffs, and develop relationships with existing vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our vendors meet our high standards for service quality and compliance.
Responsibilities / Duties / Function Tasks
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors based on their capabilities, service quality, price

and compliance with our standards.
- Negotiate agreements with new vendors and manage ongoing relationships with existing

vendors.
- Ensure that our vendors meet our high standards for service quality and compliance with

regulations and industry standards.
- Operate within our company's vendor management system, ensuring that all vendors are

registered, vetted, and compliant with our policies and standards.
- Regularly monitor vendor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with our quoting and operations teams to provide our clients with the best

possible service.
- Develop and implement a strategy for expanding our regional vendor network.
