**Blockchain Knowledge**:
**Technical Operations and Infrastructure**:
Manage the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the systems and networks.

Implement robust data protection measures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical information.

**Project Management**:
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical aspects with business requirements.

**Security and Compliance**:
Implement best practices for cybersecurity and data privacy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in web development, software engineering, and blockchain technologies.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of leading successful technical teams.

Deep understanding of various web development frameworks and Familiarity with blockchain platforms and protocols such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
