**Job Title: Graphic Designer & Motion Editor**

**Location**: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design & UI/UX**
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, digital ads, brochures, flyers, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Work on product visuals, pharmacy branding material, and offline marketing designs like standees and posters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute engaging campaigns.
- Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes ensuring optimal user experience and accessibility.

**Motion Graphics Editor**:
Create short animated videos, reels, promotional clips, and GIFs for social media and marketing.
- Edit Motion videos with smooth transitions, engaging motion elements, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Add subtitles, sound effects, and basic animations to make videos informative and attractive.

**Collaboration & Ideation**
- Work closely with content creators and marketing managers to align visuals with brand messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategies.
- Stay updated on design and animation trends to keep Medstown’s visuals fresh and modern.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in graphic design and motion graphics/video editing.
- Tools Proficiency:

- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (optional)
- Motion/Video: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other video editing software
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion work.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of design principles and animation basics
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and time management
- Knowledge of current design and social media trends
