Here is a job description for a Quality Inspector in the casting industry:
**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Inspect castings**: Conduct thorough inspections of castings to identify defects, irregularities, or non-conformities.

2. **Verify specifications**: Check castings against established specifications, standards, and regulations.

3. **Identify and document defects**: Record and document defects, irregularities, or non-conformities found during inspections.

4. **Collaborate with production team**: Work with production staff to identify and address quality issues, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.

5. **Develop and implement quality standards**: Participate in the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures, and protocols specific to the casting industry.

6. **Conduct audits and assessments**: Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry standards.

7. **Provide training and guidance**: Train and guide production staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices specific to the casting industry.

8. **Maintain quality records**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.

4. Skills:
1. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and regulations specific to the casting industry.

5. Familiarity with inspection and testing methods specific to castings, such as radiography, ultrasonic testing, and chemical analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
