**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- **Visual Design**: Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- **Interaction Design**: Develop interactive design elements and ensure they are implemented accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and quality of the final product.
- **User Testing**: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- **Design Systems**: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and present design proposals and reports for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- **User-Centered Design**: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design decisions.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Front-End Development**: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- **Accessibility**: Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
- **Animation**: Experience with creating animations and transitions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
