**We don't need superheroes, just super minds**
- Process Packing List & Commercial invoice documents by validating data.
- Create, assemble, and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and
- regulations.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
- Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors, and other third-party industry providers.
- Communicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including CHA, freight forwarders, vendors, and customers.
- Follow-up & coordinating with respective source point for meeting the customer urgencies.
- Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system.
- Support cross-functional departments involved in Exports.
- Knowledge on documentation, bank guarantee, letter of credit, along with these, basic export commercial knowledge such as INCO terms, logistic
- management is required.
