**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Loading/Unloading Supervisor** with specialized expertise in identifying and managing spare parts and consumables for **Material Handling Equipment (MHEs)**. This role requires the ability to oversee the loading and unloading operations while ensuring that necessary spare parts and consumables are available and appropriately handled to maintain MHE functionality.

**Loading & Unloading Operations**:

- Supervise day-to-day loading and unloading operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ensure that all goods are correctly identified, tagged, and stored as per the standard operating procedures.
- **Spare Parts & Consumables Management**:

- Expertly identify and manage the spare parts and consumables required for maintenance and operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs).
- Maintain accurate inventory records of MHE spare parts, consumables, and related tools.
- Ensure that spare parts and consumables are stored and organized in an easily accessible manner for quick retrieval when needed.
- Oversee the procurement and replenishment of MHE-related spare parts and consumables in coordination with the maintenance and procurement departments.
- Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure that critical spare parts are readily available to minimize downtime of MHEs.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols during loading/unloading operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Conduct regular training and safety briefings for the loading/unloading team to ensure all staff are aware of proper safety procedures.
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise a team of loaders/unloaders, providing leadership and guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinate work schedules, ensuring the team is adequately staffed for all shifts and tasks.
- **Problem-Solving & Reporting**:

- Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly, including issues with equipment, inventory discrepancies, or logistics bottlenecks.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all activities, including spare parts usage, inventory levels, and operational issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding MHE spare parts inventory and loading/unloading operations.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience in identifying, managing, and tracking spare parts and consumables for Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other machinery.
- Strong understanding of MHE components, spare parts identification, and basic troubleshooting skills.

**Location - Bhiwandi**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
