**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loading & Unloading**:

- Assist in loading and unloading products from trucks, pallets, or containers.
- Ensure that items are safely and securely loaded/unloaded to prevent damage.
- Sort and organize products by type, size, and destination to ensure efficient storage and delivery.
- Move products using manual or mechanical aids such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or trolleys.
- **Inventory Handling**:

- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and checking products during loading and unloading processes.
- Report discrepancies in inventory to supervisors for further action.
- Help arrange goods in the warehouse as per designated storage locations for easy access and retrieval.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling products and equipment.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and use necessary safety gear (e.g., gloves, safety shoes).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- **Packaging and Sorting**:

- Assist in the unwrapping and sorting of goods for further processing or storage.
- Help pack items when necessary, ensuring that the packaging is secure for storage or transportation.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to coordinate tasks.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping, including cleaning up after loading/unloading activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or loading/unloading is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.

**Location - Bhiwandi**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
