- ** Strong Direct and Passive Sourcing experience.**
- ** Able to play an Individual Contributor role.**
- Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment
- ** Should have understanding and ability to meet all the quality parameters before submitting a resume to the client portal**
- Strong understanding of US Geo. ( PST, MST, CST EST)
- Should have experience in using different job boards Like Monster, Dice,
- Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver results and handle the pressure and strong hunger for quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
