**Job Profile**: US Staffing Associate (IT/Non IT Recruitment/Resume Quality Check/Audit)

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Audit the submissions according to the client requirements
- Understand how to clean resume according to the client's requirements
- Quality check of submissions according to the client's requirements
- **Audit the submission documents and check experience gap ,payment rates ,RTR attachment and every **detail **added is correct**

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in engineering (Preferable in IT) with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience requirement.
- High Attention to details.
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
- Must be good in quality in term of client side submission
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in English.

**/onsite/Remote Schedule: Remote**
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Engineering (Preferred in IT)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1-2 years (preferred)
- Total Work Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
