**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Required understanding and knowledge of US Visas/Immigration process.
- Once RTR is received, prepare the submission of the resume (formatting, preparing summaries).
- Collaborating with hiring managers: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies that align with their goals.
- Resume is submitted to the client/vendor/partner’s and provides their feedback.
- Post to the feedback recruiter arranges and confirms the interview with the client/vendor/partner Closure.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends: You will stay informed about industry trends and developments, including changes in technology, to ensure your recruiting strategies are effective and relevant.

- Fri) 5 Days**

**Salary-** Best in the market+ Night shift allowances + Incentive
