
IT Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in managing and updating IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, maintenance, or repairs.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and IT policies.
- Support employees with technical training and guidance as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configurations, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with IT service management tools.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and remote support tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
