Agm - Ash Utilization

Location: Warora, IN- Company: GMR Enterprises Pvt Ltd**JOB PURPOSE**: Strategize, develop and establish sustainable ash utilization activity complying with the statutory authority in cost effective manner. **ORGANISATION CHART**: COO - GWEL Head - TS AGM - Ash Management **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**: - Long term Utilization/ Disposal of Ash: - Develop Strategies for long term Utilization/ Disposal of Ash generated in the Plant in line with the Generation Plan to meet the MoEF Guidelines. - Prepare working Plan (area wise) for Ash Utilization/ Disposal to achieve 100% target. - Prepare long term disposal plan for legacy ash in pond.- Ash utilization percentage. - Liaison: - Maintain relations and liaison with all Stakeholders including Cement Plants, Brick Manufactures, Road development bodies, Local Mines and Quarries to ensure smooth & effective ash disposal.- Ash utilization strategy - Exploring new avenue for ash disposal: - Identification of nearby mines/pits/stone quarries for dumping the ash. - Explore new avenues of revenue Generation. - Long term plan for pond ash disposal to WCL abandoned quarry.- Compliance to all legal and statutory compliance. - **EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**: - External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - State Pollution Control Board, WCL, Railways - Interact with Head Operations and Plant Head - Interact with Head Operations and Plant Head - Interact with employees on a regular basis to understand their needs, be respondent to them on all their issues - **INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**: External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work -Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work -State Pollution Control Board, WCL, Railways -Interact with Head Operations and Plant Head -Interact with Head Operations and Plant Head -Interact with employees on a regular basis to understand their needs, be respondent to them on all their issues **FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**: Costing of Ash disposal to the tune of 8-10Cr Revenue Generation by sale of ash - 10 Cr ( annual) Tracking of Project costs and identifying new capital expenses as per the plant requirement **OTHER DIMENSIONS**: **EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**: - Direct Reports : NIL Contract Workforce : 20-40 Nos Skill in leading & guiding other employees in following Safety guidelines. Knowledge of OHSAS & EMS and QMS( Integrated Management System) Ability to understand and perform the Permit To Work system requirements - Should be conversant with extant guidelines / notifications, as may be amended from time to time by Government of India and / or various statutory bodies including but not limited to MoEF & CC, CEA, CPCB, SPCB and any other government bodies or agencies on environmental measures. Ability to develop short term and long term plans by identifying potential avenues for sustainable ash utilization **RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**: Graduate with Bachler of Engineering - Any Discipline 16 to 20 years of experience, out of which at least 10 years in >250 MW Hands on experience in AHP, Ash collection, utilization & Disposal management Knowledge of Finance and cash flow Project execution experience in EPC mode, tools and techniques **COMPETENCIES**: - Accountability - Breakthrough Thinking - Business Excellence - Entrepreneurship - Entrepreneurship - The decisions, actions/behaviour of the leaders in my company are consistent with the GMR group values and beliefs - My supervisor sets a good example in terms of ethical behavior and leads by example - Behavioral Maturity (Handling ambiguity, Firmness, Seasoned life skills) | Interests
