**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an analytical professional who is skilled in Accounting and Payroll. Handle routine internal & external transactions, managing payroll, and compliances to smooth operations of the company.
- Job timing: 11:00 AM IST till 8:00 PM IST
- Any commerce or finance graduate
- 2+ Years of experience
- Decent communication skills
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Managing and Maintaining end-to-end payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, TDS deductions, appraisals, and department/ division transfers.
- Resolution of employee queries ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
- Should have work experience in Indian Accounting
- Advance Working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration.
- Regular communication with consultants and vendors for the payment process
- Maintaining strong track records of internal & external transactions of PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
- Coordination with Bankers related to documentation and audit whenever required.
- Manage certain time-bound processes and ensure the validation of data to be accurate and truthful.
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
- Updating the Invoice entry of the bills in the system & assist in Finalizing the Balance sheet.
- To take care of all admin functions like petty cash management, vendor management, Housekeeping supervision, Management of Utilities and stationery etc.
- Any commerce or finance graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll processing and Accounting
- MIS reports and basic excelskills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Being well-versed in English communication will be an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new changes
