Job Title: Payroll Executive
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Reports To: HR Manager / Finance Manager
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Accurately process payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis for 1,000 employees.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Calculate employee wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime accurately.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and file required payroll tax reports and payments.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, including pay slips, tax summaries, and audit reports.
- **Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with legal requirements.
- **Benefits Administration**:
- Manage payroll-related benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Process benefit deductions and ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
