**Role Overview**: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EPR Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations, working closely with our team to support various compliance and sustainability initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Assist in the collection, analysis, and management of data related to EPR compliance, including tracking and reporting plastic waste, recycling rates, and other key metrics using Excel and other tools.
- **Excel Reporting**: Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas to support data-driven decision-making.
- **Documentation Support**: Help prepare and maintain necessary documentation required for EPR compliance, including annual returns, audit reports, and other regulatory submissions.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct research on evolving EPR regulations, industry best practices, and new sustainability trends to support the team’s strategic planning.
- **Client Assistance**: Provide support to clients in understanding and fulfilling their EPR obligations, including responding to queries and offering guidance on compliance requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency within the EPR process and assist in the implementation of these improvements.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and progress on EPR initiatives.
- **Documents Handling**: Manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of key documents related to EPR compliance and other operational activities.
- **Invoice Checking**: Review and verify invoices related to EPR operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines.
- **Miscellaneous Activities**: Participate in other activities as required to support the EPR operations team.
- **Client Communication and Support**: Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team, providing clear and effective communication to support client needs and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree in any Field.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A keen interest in sustainability, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
