- ** Problem Resolution**: Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- ** Communication**: Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to facilitate requests and enhance guest satisfaction.
- ** Feedback Collection**: Gather guest feedback through surveys or direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- ** Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing events or special activities for guests, as needed.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback in the system.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- ** Policy Enforcement**: Uphold company policies and standards while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
