Opening for Purchase Executive

- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products and handle any issues or complaints
- Enter order details into internal databases and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and performance indicators
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of goods
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
