The teams will be an integral part of AGCO's global ecosystem. They will work as part of a global cross-function and cross-cultural team, working together to deliver AGCO's purpose to provide Farmer-focused solutions to sustainably feed our world and our vision to be the Trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions.

The role holder will be expected to effectively operate, maintain, sustain and promote the use of multiple Purchasing Strategic Systems (e.g., e-sourcing, APEX, Bi, etc.), as well as to provide user support accordingly. The role leads the effort to analyze, validate and document the business and system requirements acting as a key liaison/engagement role between the Global Purchasing, Suppliers, IT support functions & 3rd Party software providers. This role encompasses systems as well as data & business related activities. These responsibilities include providing support for project work, ongoing day-to-day operational needs (maintenance, fixes, enhancements, releases and small change requests.), performing data analysis. Key part of the role comprises developing user stories explaining a given business use case and working with IT developers to get the feature developed.

**Your Impact**
- Develop business solutions (stories in Agile framework), Work with IT team to develop the said business solution, test, deploy and train users.
- Become first line contact for administration duties, user help, general use and management of Purchasing’s strategic systems (APEX / e-sourcing / Spend Mgmt. / LMS for SoPM / etc.);
- Highlight and investigate data & functionality anomalies and provide problem resolution to data related issues raised by users;
- Ensure adherence and support to established business processes, guidelines and policies;
- Maintain systems for users (internal and supplier), KPI data accuracy, database integrity, RFP/RFQ/Auction functionalities and overall systems integrity;
- Operate under proactive approach to global supplier database, new supplier introduction, supplier updates and obsolete supplier disposition;
- Create participant lists, assign workshops/trainings to participants manage logistics of trainings with the sites, manage course evaluations & reporting, handle pre & post training assignments and coordinate annual schedule;
- Work with other analysts to understand integration points with other systems, and communicate the impact of proposed system changes;
- Assist with estimations of new developments and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources).
- Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction to required service level performance measures, through the successful resolution of customer requests/issues/change requests.
- Liaise with business users, stakeholders & 3rd party providers to gather requirements and produce detailed functional design documents (only after 1-2+ years in role);
- Develop standardized procedures for contact and follow up (only after 1-2+ years in role);

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- A strong academic background including a 4 year University/College degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering would be preferred;
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in business or data analysis, customer oriented, requirements definition, report development, problem solving and related documentation and training;
- Working level English language skills (written and spoken) are a requirement;
- Strong oral & written communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of business management and IT;
- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions;
- Adaptable to new technologies/practices and acts as change agent within teams;
