Job Title: Customer Care

Associate Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

**Salary**: INR 2.76 Lakhs per annum Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Provide accurate information about our wellness products and diet plans, explaining their features, benefits, and usage.

3. Assisted customers in placing orders and provided guidance on product selection based on their requirements.

4. Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers.

5. Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries courteously and timely, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

6. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to address customer queries effectively.

7. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and generating reports as required.

8. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless customer service.

9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and resolve any issues or concerns.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to assist customers better and contribute to product improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.

8. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.

**Salary**: ₹276,000.00 per year
