Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property showings and open houses
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing
  • Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with local real estate market and neighborhoods
  • Prior real estate experience preferred but not required (training available)
