Role: Senior Associate – Corporate US Federal & SALTQualification for Corporate tax Senior Associate:- Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA).- 3–5 years of experience in U.S. Corporate tax preparation (Form 1120 & States) and review compliance.- Preferred Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA certification, or working toward certification.- Familiarity with U.S. international tax returns, Research & Development tax credit is preferred.- Understanding of ASC740 Provision work will be an added advantage.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tax calculations and work papers.- Solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements along with strong research techniques.- Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.- Collaborative team player with a focus on delivering high-quality service.- Experience in Tax software like Go System, One Source Drake, CCH Axcess and QuickBooks.
