SGGurukul's Digital Marketing Division is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our digital marketing services over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with prospects to effectively convey the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists or databases to introduce them to digital marketing services and solutions.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs, marketing challenges, and goals, and assess their suitability for our services.
- Answer questions and address concerns raised by prospects regarding our services, pricing, packages, and terms, and provide accurate and relevant information to encourage interest and confidence.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone calls, actively listening to prospects, building rapport, and establishing trust to create a positive impression of the company.
- Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest or requested additional information to provide further details, schedule consultations, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team and managers to discuss strategies, share insights, and coordinate follow-up actions to maximize lead conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates, as set by management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice and the ability to convey information persuasively and effectively over the phone.
- Persuasive and convincing demeanor, with the ability to overcome objections, handle rejections, and motivate prospects to take action or make a decision.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and following up with prospects, even in the face of challenges or rejection.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally in a sales-driven role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
