**Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, customs procedures, and all relevant laws.
- **Documentation**:Preparing and managing shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- **Logistics**:Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Communication**:Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations and resolve issues.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of all import/export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing and resolving issues related to customs clearance, shipping delays, or compliance.
- **Cost Management**:Working to optimize costs and find solutions for reducing duties and taxes.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes and implementing strategies for efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export operations.
- **Knowledge**:Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management systems.
- **Software Proficiency**:Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- **Skills**:Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
