Export Executive is responsible for managing the entire export process of a company, including identifying international markets, securing clients, handling all necessary export documentation, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and facilitating the timely delivery of goods to overseas customers, all while maximizing sales and profitability. Key responsibilities of an Export Executive may include: Market Research and Development: Identify potential export markets and analyze market trends to develop export strategies. Research and understand import/export regulations of target countries. Establish relationships with overseas distributors and clients. Sales and Order Management: Generate export leads and manage sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing and payment terms with international clients. Process export orders, ensuring accurate product specifications and delivery timelines. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review all necessary export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and customs formalities. Handle export licensing and related paperwork when required. Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Arrange transportation and freight forwarding for export shipments. Negotiate shipping rates with freight companies and manage logistics providers. Track shipments and monitor delivery status to ensure timely arrival. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns regarding orders and deliveries. Gather customer feedback to improve export strategies Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments like sales, production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth export operations. Provide updates on export activities and market trends to relevant stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of international trade principles, customs regulations, and export procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction Proficiency in export documentation and related software Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and potential opportunities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Fluency in English, with additional language skills being beneficial depending on target markets

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
