**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Location: Mangal Murti Complex, Sinhgad Road.**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Experience: 1-3 years (entry-level to mid-level roles)**

**Salary: 20k 40k per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve

revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and

individual clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and stay

ahead of competitors.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments

to create and implement successful campaigns.
- Event Sales: Promote and sell the resort as a venue for corporate events, weddings,

and other functions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for the management team.

**Essential Sales Skills**:

- Communication: Effectively conveying product benefits and company messaging to potential customers.
- Active Listening: Paying close attention to customer needs and concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the product or service being sold.

- Closing Skills: Successfully converting leads into sales.

**Qualifications for Sales and Marketing Roles**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and relevant software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
