**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Associate for Alfa Elevators, you will be a key driver in expanding our market presence and generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the field, identify their needs, and generate high-quality sales leads for our elevator solutions. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of elevator systems and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and target potential clients through various methods including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and local community involvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and secure appointments with decision-makers.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored elevator solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine proposals, quotes, and contracts based on client requirements.
- **Market Research**:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market demands and potential areas for growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure successful installation and address any concerns or issues.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation progress, and market insights.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: No minimum experience required. Freshers can also apply.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of elevator systems, installation processes, and industry regulations is advantageous.
- **Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
