**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day logistics operations including order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory and stock levels; assist in inventory reconciliation
- Prepare shipment and customs documentation as required
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions
- Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays efficiently
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- Support cross-functional teams in logistics planning and improvements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with logistics software or ERPs is an added advantage

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** (B.A., B.Com. or equivalent)
- Additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management are a plus

- Attention to detail and consistency
- Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and operational guidelines
