**Position Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Analyze inbound lead data to identify patterns, preferences, and opportunities for lead segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing principles and methodologies is a plus.
