Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(i) Hands on experience in Secretarial Compliance requirements, proficiency in

SEBI LODR and Companies Act, board, committee meetings - agenda and

minutes preparation, PIT Compliance, Stakeholder interaction

(ii) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with independent working skills

and proficiency in all relevant laws.

(iii) IT skills - good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Strong linguistic

skills

(iv) Team player with an eye for detail and time management skills Good-to-Have

Legal qualification and work experience, automation experience

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the

Role 1 Handling of Compliance requirements - Companies Act (including IEPF), SEBI

LODR, PIT

2 Preparation of board/committee meetings - agenda, minutes, etc

3 Handling corporate actions like dividend, bonus and buyback, postal ballot process,

appointment/ reappointment of directors

4 Automation of secretarial processes

5 Liaising with RTA relating to shareholders queries, complaints

6 Drafting of representations to Govt agencies etc.

7 Indian and foreign subsidiary secretarial matters 8 Handling of shareholder’s meeting

Pay: ₹24,199.92 - ₹94,166.62 per month
