**Responsibility**:

- Patient Registration and Check-In
- Appointment Scheduling
- Patient Communication
- Billing and Payment Handling
- Patient Records Management
- Collaboration with Dental Team
- Feedback and Improvement
- Maintaining Front Desk Appearance

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
