This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can handle confidential information and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Management**:

- Draft correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Filter and prioritize communication, ensuring key messages are addressed promptly.
- **Task Management**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Assist with personal errands as needed, such as shopping, booking appointments, or managing household tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Support in coordinating projects and managing workflows.
- Track progress and report on key milestones for various ongoing initiatives.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Organize events, such as meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Manage logistics for special events, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support or personal assistant role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying challenges and providing solutions.
