Three to Five years experience in Hometêxtile Products, Baby products and other export products.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures throughout the têxtile production lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- Coordinate testing and analysis of têxtile samples using appropriate methods and equipment to verify product quality and performance characteristics.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. Generate reports summarizing quality performance metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues, evaluate supplier performance, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of incoming materials.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement within the têxtile production workflow. Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce defects.
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Work closely with customer service and sales teams to address customer feedback, complaints, and quality-related inquiries. Ensure timely resolution of quality issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality management system (QMS) reviews to drive ongoing enhancement of quality processes and practices.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
