Need **Printing Incharge **for our sector

Position**:Printing Incharge - Male**

Qualification**:UG in têxtile printing technology**

Experience**:5-7 years (Experience in Textiles)**

Salary**:25000 to 35000/-**

Timing**:9.30 am - 7.30 pm**

Skill**:In-depth knowledge about têxtile printing methods, and various related technologies, and able to source printing mills.**

Note**:Should be able to source economical printing sources but 100% quality/ knowledge in têxtiles/garment testing methods would be advisable.**

**Job Description**:

- Managing employees by providing guidance and feedback on how to improve their performance
- Ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Managing the workflow in a print shop by scheduling employees’ shifts, monitoring quality control, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Developing relationships with suppliers to ensure that they can meet the demands of the company’s production schedule
- Establishing budgets for projects and setting standards for quality control to ensure that projects are completed within budget
- Coordinating with marketing staff to plan promotional activities such as contests or giveaways to increase brand awareness
- Directing the overall workflow of a print shop, including managing employees, establishing production schedules, and overseeing quality control
- Leading teams of employees to complete projects such as brochures, posters, magazines, books, or pamphlets
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and materials needed to complete projects

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Printing Incharge: 5 years (preferred)
